LeafLine Clinic and Altuva: consultation fees
Altuva charges one flat fee, $49, for first and follow-up consultations. Its process runs from an online assessment to a clinical review and then a telehealth call with a doctor. Fees change, so check with each clinic before you book.

Published fees
Fees and booking, as each clinic publishes them
Where a clinic's website does not state a figure, the table says "not published". We have not estimated or filled any gap.
| Item | LeafLine Clinic | Altuva |
|---|---|---|
| First consultation | $29 for new patients (standard price $79). Refunded in full if your Clinician finds at the first consultation that you are not suitable. | $49 flat rate [1, 2] |
| If you are moving from another clinic | $9 transfer consultation, for patients who hold a current prescription from another Australian clinic. Your Clinician confirms the prescription at the consultation. | Not published |
| Follow-up consultation | $69 (20 minutes) or $59 (10 to 15 minutes) | $49, the same flat rate [1] |
| Membership or subscription | None. An optional bundle of a first consultation and three follow-ups costs $200. | None published |
| How consultations are held | Telehealth, by phone or video | Telehealth (phone or video not specified) [1, 2] |
| Who you see | AHPRA-registered Clinicians | AHPRA-registered doctors who are practising GPs [1, 2] |
A step on Altuva's FAQ page reads "$19 Consult"; the same page's text and its fees page say $49.
This page compares published consultation fees and how consultations are held. It does not compare medicines, medicine prices, treatment or results, and it says nothing about either clinic beyond what each publishes. LeafLine Clinic's consultation fees do not include medication, which the dispensing pharmacy prices. If a figure here is out of date, email admin@leaflineclinic.com.au and we will correct it.

|---|---|---|
| Before the first consultation | An online eligibility questionnaire. Applications that do not meet the criteria are declined before any payment. You can also book a free 10-minute call. | An online assessment of under five minutes, then a clinical review at $0 to confirm eligibility, then the doctor consultation. Its FAQ says the team contacts you within one business day. [1, 2] |
| How follow-ups work | Your Clinician recommends a follow-up schedule based on your circumstances. | Follow-up care and prescription renewals by the same team. No interval is published. [1, 2] |
| Where it consults | Telehealth for adults 18 and over in Australia. LeafLine Clinic cannot currently take on patients located in Tasmania. | Its site links to city pages from Sydney to Cairns but does not state which states it serves. [1, 2] |
