Step by step

How it works

A clear, structured path from online screening to ongoing support.

  1. Online Screening

Complete our online eligibility questionnaire so we can understand your circumstances. Your answers let our team assess whether our services may be suitable for you. The questionnaire is secure and confidential, and applications that do not meet our criteria are declined before any payment.

  2. Book Consultation

Consultations are held by secure video, from wherever you are. Your Clinician reads your information before you meet, discusses your concerns and answers your questions. You choose an appointment time that fits your routine.

  3. Clinical Assessment

Your Clinician assesses your overall health, including existing conditions and current medications. You can ask questions, weigh up the risks and benefits of anything discussed, and make an informed decision with your Clinician's guidance.

  4. Treatment Plan

Your plan is based on your health needs, medical history and circumstances. Your Clinician explains the recommended approach, the risks and benefits, and the alternatives. If a prescription is clinically appropriate, your Clinician explains what happens next, including dispensing through an Australian pharmacy.

  5. Ongoing Support

Your Clinician schedules regular reviews to check how you are going, adjust the plan where clinically appropriate, and address any concerns that come up. Reviews are held by video, so ongoing care does not depend on in-person visits.
