Yes. Consultations are available to patients located anywhere in the ACT at the time of the appointment, by video or telephone, including the surrounding NSW region. A telephone consultation needs nothing more than phone reception.
Support and bookings run 9am to 7pm AEST, seven days a week. That is local time in the ACT during standard time; during daylight saving, local times sit one hour ahead.
