An Australian telehealth clinic
Telehealth in Northern Territory
Clinically guided care for the Northern Territory, by video or phone, wherever you are.
Nowhere in Australia is the distance between a patient and a clinic wider than in the Territory. LeafLine Clinic consults with NT patients by secure video or telephone, from Darwin to Alice Springs to communities a long way from either.
The Territory does not observe daylight saving, so LeafLine Clinic’s line is open 8:30am to 6:30pm local time every day of the year.

Questions from NT
- Is LeafLine Clinic available in remote Northern Territory?
- Yes. Consultations are available to patients located anywhere in the Northern Territory at the time of the appointment, by video or telephone, including Katherine, Tennant Creek, and remote communities. A telephone consultation needs nothing more than phone reception.
- What hours can Territorians reach LeafLine Clinic?
- Support and bookings run 9am to 7pm AEST, seven days a week, which is 8:30am to 6:30pm Territory time. The NT does not observe daylight saving, so that holds year round during standard time, and shifts to 7:30am to 5:30pm during eastern daylight saving.
- Do I need a referral in the Northern Territory?
- No referral is required anywhere in Australia, including the Northern Territory. Eligibility screening is the way in: seven questions, about 90 seconds, confidential.
